The world of technology has drastically grown over the past century, allowing mankind to accomplish feats deemed impossible in decades past. In the World State, the state of affairs is preserved through conditioning and technology, causing a lack of humanity to be evident. A major theme emphasized by Huxley was the idea that every person seeks to some form of pleasure to fulfill their need for happiness.
A Utopia is a world that is completely controlled by the government. The government controls every aspect of life in a utopia, and therefore everyone is always happy. I agree with this statement because throughout the book there are examples that prove that Aldous Huxley thinks that a utopian world is a good idea, also through his writing Huxley is implying that a utopian world is the only way humanity can survive.
